Word religious minorities from Bangladesh should be sent to museum: Dr. Ziauddin Haider

Dr. Ziauddin Haider, advisor to BNP Chairperson and former Prime Minister Begum Khaleda Zia, held a meeting with followers of traditional religions in Jhalakathi. The meeting was held at the Madan Mohan Akhra temple in the city on Wednesday afternoon.
 
Under the chairmanship of the temple management committee president Advocate Tapan Roy Chowdhury, among others, eminent pediatrician Professor Dr. Khalid Mahmud Shakil, former president of Jhalakati Press Club Chittaranjan Dutta, president of District Hindu Buddhist Christian Unity Council Nirmal Chandra De Tarani, general secretary Dulal Saha, general secretary of District Puja Udjavan Parishad Alok Saha, former director of Chamber of Commerce Khokon Brahma, BNP leader Bishnu Chandra Dhar, Chandan Poddar, district Jubo Dal acting convener Rabiul Hossain Tuhin, member secretary Advocate Anisur Rahman Khan spoke.
In his speech as the chief guest, BNP Chairperson and former Prime Minister Begum Khaleda Zia's advisor Dr. Ziauddin Haider said, "The main goal of BNP is to send the word 'religious minority' from Bangladesh to the museum. We are all Bangladeshis, this is our identity. There will no longer be such a disparity between the minority and the majority in this country. BNP stands by the followers of traditional religions." He also said, "No one will be able to do politics in this country with false hopes. 
 
The main goal of BNP is to build a skilled Bangladesh." Traditional religions from all walks of life in the district were present at the time.
