Tasnia Ferdous of Sirajganj : Youngest novelist in Bangladesh

Tasnia Ferdous's novel "Antrit Aasti" has been published as the youngest novelist in Bangladesh at the Amar Ekushey Book Fair -24.

The book has already received a huge response among readers of all ages.In this age of devices, the concerned think that mystery novels (thrillers) written by school students will have a positive effect on the readers. At the book launch ceremony on Friday afternoon, Liberation War Affairs Minister AKM Mozammel Hakban urged the readers to buy more books to increase interest in writing among young and teenage girls.

Tasnia Ferdous is the youngest teenage novel writer in Bangladesh.She is a ninth grade student of Sirajganj Government Saleha Ishaq Girls High School.This year's Amar Ekushey Book Fair, his first novel "Antarati Aastadi".His novel was officially released on Friday afternoon at the book launch stage at the book fair premises.

The book was unveiled by Sardar Farooq, a popular poet of Bengal.

Amar Ekushey Book Fair's book launch stage host and moderator T Moni announced the name of Tasnia Ferdous as the youngest novel writer not only for this year but so far.

The distance that is created when parents deprive their children of attention or the affection they receive due to busy work is mainly highlighted in the novel.Not only that, the author has also shown the way to resolve the relationship between parents and children in his writings. Already the novel has received a huge response from parents and teenagers.

The book is also available at stall no. 138 at Mahakal Gorjan and stall no.139 at Yamuna Dheu of the Book Fair's Littlemag Square.Md. Abdul Momin Mondal, proprietor of the publishing house of the novel book, Md. Abdul Momin Mondal, said in his response that the juvenile novel is his first publication in the long-time publishing world.But the book came into discussion on its first publication. He is hopeful that those who read the book will surely encourage others.

In addition to his efforts and cooperation, the book got an opportunity to be published in this year's book fair. Writer Tasnia Ferdous's teacher and writer Mehdi Hasan also expressed optimism about the book.

Minister for Freedom Fighters Affairs AKM Mozammel Haque called upon the readers to buy more books to increase interest in the writings of young and juvenile writers at the book launch event.

Tasnia Ferdous is the elder daughter of ATTN Bangla and ATN News Senior Reporter Ferdous Hasan and Shahidganj Government Primary School Principal Afroza Mehreen.
