The Bangladesh Police has released in notification for the recruitment of Trainee Recruit Constable (TRC). This time 3,600 people will be appointed from 64 districts of the country.

Kishoreganj Police Super (SP) office sources said according to the notification, 3,060 male and 540 female constables will be appointed. Online application started on Friday . Application can be made till February 7.

Police Super( SP) of Kishoreganj, Mohammad Rasel Sheikh PMM (Bar) told the New Nation that, In Kishoreganj, at least 73 people will be appointed in 13 Upazilas of Kishoreganj district. 62 male and 11 female trainee recruit constables will be appointed.

Interested candidates must have passed SSC or equivalent examination. Minimum GPA-2.5 can be applied. Applicants must be permanent citizens of Bangladesh and unmarried. Candidates age should be between 18 to 20 years as on 7 February 2024. However, the existing quota for freedom fighters and other quotas will be followed.

As physical qualification, male candidate should be 5 feet 6 inches in height for general and other quotas. 5 feet 4 inches for minority caste and valiant freedom fighters (except grandchildren of valiant freedom fighters) quota. Height of female candidates should be 5 feet 4 inches for general and other quotas. 5 feet 2 inches in case of minority caste and heroic freedom fighters quota.

Chest size of male candidate is 31 inches in normal condition and 33 inches in expanded condition for normal and other quotas. 30 inches in normal condition and 31 inches in extended condition in case of Veer Muktijoddha quota.
