Saghata OC, 12 policemen sued in murder of college student Siju

Sijur's mother Rikta Begum has filed a case against Gaibandha's Saghata Cognigence court against Saghata Police Station OC on charge of killing Siju, a college student of Gaibandha. The court has directed the CID to investigate the case.
Judge Papari Barua of the Saghata Amli court on Thursday issued the order.
The plaintiff's lawyer Advocate Saeed Al Assad confirmed the matter.
The accused in the case are Saghata Police Station Officer -in -Charge (1) Badsha Alam, (12) ASI Rakibur Islam, (1) SI Mashiur Rahman, (1) SI Mohsin Ali, (1) Police Member Hamidul Islam (1) policeman (3) Habib, (1) PoliceMember Dharma Chandra Barman, (1) SI Ujjal (42) Duty Officer ASI Liton Mia, located youth (1) Sabbir Hossain, (1) Yusuf and (3) Mominul unidentified.
It is alleged that the police called Siju to Saghata police station from the Gaibandha Sub Registry Office premises on the afternoon of July 23. After being tortured at the police station, the deceased Siju was thrown into the pond adjacent to the police station. He was later hit with a stick in the pond and killed. The next morning, the body of Siju was recovered from the pond.
Another lawyer for the plaintiff, Advocate Zahid Hassan, said the court judge Papari Barua ordered the investigation to submit the report and submitted the report. And directed the CED to investigate the case..
Sijur's mother, Rikta Begum, said that my son was killed in a planned way. I have sued in court. I want justice for the murder of the boy.
The deceased was Siju Mia, 25, son of Dulal Mia of Baguria village of Gidari union of Gaibandha Sadar upazila and president of Gidari Union student camp and a 2nd year college student.
