Hazrat Shamser Auliya Shahi Jame Masjid Motawalli Maulana Khorshed Alam Rezvi and his family member in Ward No. 7 of Dohazari Municipality of Chandanish Upazila of Chittagong held a press conference on December 18 at 3:30 pm to protest against the threat of forcefully occupying the mosque with false cases and harassment.

ShyamAuliya (RA) founded the present Jame Masjid.

According to the Wakfa Act, the heirs mentioned in the document can manage the mosque, but there is no provision for them to form a committee. In the name of the mosque committee, the opponent Gong has been carrying out various activities for many years to create chaos in the mosque. He appealed to the concerned administration to maintain peace and order through a press conference.
