Plantation, discussion held in Sonagazi marking anniversary of July Uprising

In observance of the anniversary of the historic July Uprising, the Sonagazi Upazila Administration organized a tree plantation program and discussion meeting on Saturday (19 July), under the theme "One Martyr, One Tree," paying tribute to the martyrs of the July Uprising. The event was held in the Upazila Video Conference Hall in the morning.
The discussion was presided over by Upazila Nirbahi Officer (UNO) Nazia Hossain. Among the guests present were Upazila Health and Family Planning Officer Dr. Touhid Hossain, Officer-in-Charge of Sonagazi Model Police Station Md. Bayezid Akon, Upazila Secondary Education Officer Nurul Amin, Upazila Ansar-VDP Officer Khadija Begum, and Head Teacher of Sonagazi Girls’ Pilot High School Abdul Mannan. The program was conducted by Sub-Assistant Engineer Nazmul Huda.
