Neyajpur Union Multipurpose High School Annual Sports Competition held

The annual sports competition and prize distribution of Neyajpur Union Multipurpose High School in Sadar, Noakhali was held on Wednesday in the school premises.
More than five hundred students of the school participated in various games and competitions. Boys and girls participated separately in 38 events and enjoyed the festival of showing their sports skills.
Noakhali Additional Deputy Commissioner (Education and ICT) Zeenat Rehana, Sadar Upazila Nirbahi Officer (UNO) Akhinur Jahan Nila, and former Noakhali District BNP member Golam Momit Faisal were the chief guests at the prize distribution ceremony presided over by the President of the School Management Committee.
The speakers at the ceremony said that along with formal education, emphasis should be placed on sports and various cultural programs. The guests expressed the opinion that organizing such competitions plays an important role in the physical and mental development of students.
