Newly elected Kulaura Municipality Mayor has launched posters  removing campaig and removed his own posters from different area in Kulaura town in Moulvibazar district on Sunday afterno. He is  Principal Shipar Uddin Ahmod, win as Kulaura Municipality Mayor as a rebel candidate one days ago. Thousands of campaign posters are dragged to mark the Kulaura Municipality elections. Mayor started the process of removing its own posters, just one days after the election. He has been elected Mayor of Kulaura Municipality for the first time.
On Sunday afternoon, he started working on removing posters cut from his poster scissor with pillars from the Nabin Chandra Govt. Model High School area of Kulaura town. His supporters are also engaged in this work.
UP Chairman Momdud Hossain said, posters of candidates are still fitted in many places in the town and other areas.
It would have been better if all the candidates remove their posters. Election is no longer needed by this poster. These spoil the beauty of the town.
Newly Mayor Principal Shipar Uddin Ahmed said, we have to work together to build a prosperous and beautiful Kulaura Municipality. My leaders and workers used posters in different places of the Municipality for campaigning.
He further said, since the election is over, I have again taken my staff in the field, doing the job of removing these posters to make the Municipality beautiful, I remove my posters, request all the candidates to remove their posters.
ATM Farhad Chowdhury Kulaura Upazila Nirbahi Officer (UNO) we solely express solidarity with the initiative and will work together to clean the Municipality. Each political leader comprising 10 to 15 people joined the campaign to raise awareness among local people to keep the Municipality clean.
