The annual sports and cultural competition and prize distribution ceremony 2025 of Rameshwarpur Maulvi Mukbul High School (MM High School) in Kabirhat Upazila of Noakhali were held on Tuesday.

The sports competition was inaugurated by Abdul Wadud Rubel, a former student and donor member of the school, who lives in London, hoisting the national flag and lighting the torch at the ground of Rameshwarpur Maulvi Mukbul High School in Chaprashirhat Union of the upazila.

Later, at 3 pm, after the cultural competition and prize distribution among the winners, a pleasant cultural program was organized by the students of the school.

President of the Rameshwarpur Maulvi Mukbul High School Management Committee Md. Ahsan Ullah B.Sc. B.Ed. chaired the program and the program was conducted by Headmaster Md. Nur Uddin. The event was attended by the chief guest, former student of the school, expatriate to America Md. Shahadat Hossain Arju.

Present at the event were Chaprashirhat Union BNP President Zahir Uddin Zahir, Joint General Secretary Zayedal Haque Jabed, Joint General Secretary Golam Kibria Sohag, former student of the school, expatriate to America Md. Mosharraf Hossain, former student and prominent businessman of Dhaka Hossain Mohammad Ashiq, former student Masud Hossain, former student and owner of Al Amin Poultry Shahadat Hossain Saddam, former student, expatriate to South Africa Mozammel Haque, owner of JSS Traders Shahidul Islam, etc.

Welcoming the school's annual sports and cultural competition, the guests said, "Many of us have become established today after completing our studies from this school, and we feel proud to be guests of our beloved school today." At the same time, everyone assured to cooperate in various development works including widening the school grounds. They also called for holding such events in a more beautiful and comprehensive manner in the future.
