Senior Secretary of the Ministry of Land ASM Saleh Ahmed said,; you have started a new journey in the service of the state, for the welfare of the people, on the path of responsibility and duty. This path is not easy, but it is honorable and glorious. As an official of the republic, your main responsibility will be to perform your duties with efficiency, morality, honesty, dedication and professionalism. Serving the people is the main goal. You are the driving force of the country's future administration. You must maintain honesty and morality from the beginning to the end of your life. First of all, love for the country, this must be remembered in every aspect.

He made these remarks on Sunda  at the training of participants in the 78th Basic Training Course at the "Bangladesh Public Administration Training Center" in the meeting room of the Land Ministry. 22 officials participated in this training.

The Senior Secretary said, accountability to the people, transparency and fairness should be the main guidelines of your career path. At this time, the government is working relentlessly on digitalization, skill development and good governance in administration. You will be expected to embrace change, acquire skills in new technologies and rules and regulations, and maintain a positive attitude at work. Public interest should be given utmost importance in work. You should work with honesty and ethics. Values should be such that others follow. No matter what cadre you belong to, if you cannot acquire skills, you cannot go far; you have to acquire professionalism and skills. You have to be responsible and enterprising and study.

He also said; Fulfilling responsibilities is not limited to office hours only, it is a moral commitment. Consider the people's problems as your own problems, be honest and firm in protecting their rights.
