EDOTCO Bangladesh unveils state-of-the-art tower operation center

EDOTCO Bangladesh, the country’s leading integrated telecommunications infrastructure provider, has launched its newly modernized 5G ready Tower Operation Center (TOC) in Dhaka. This state-of-of-the-art facility serves as a real-time monitoring hub, enabling seamless management of telecom towers nationwide with enhanced operational efficiency, connectivity, and energy optimization.
The TOC inauguration was officiated by Major General Md Emdad ul Bari, OSP, NDC, psc, te (retd), Chairman, Bangladesh Telecommunication Regulatory Commission (BTRC); Mohd Shuhada Othman, High Commissioner of Malaysia to the People's Republic of Bangladesh; and Sunil Issac, Country Managing Director of EDOTCO Bangladesh.
Major General Md Emdad ul Bari, OSP, NDC, psc, te (retd), Chairman, Bangladesh Telecommunication Regulatory Commission (BTRC) said, “In today’s rapidly evolving digital era, connectivity remains a cornerstone of socio-economic development. While the ongoing expansion of connectivity is crucial, fostering an ecosystem that supports modern, technology-driven operational facilities is equally significant. This aligns with the broader vision of building a sustainable and resilient telecom infrastructure in Bangladesh.
