DU VC concerned over physical assault on KUET VC

Dhaka University Vice Chancellor Professor Dr. Niaz Ahmed Khan, in a statement, expressed deep concern over the physical assault on the Vice Chancellor of Khulna University of Engineering and Technology (KUET). He strongly condemned the incident.
In a statement on Thursday, the VC said that violence can never be a language of protest. Attacks on teachers are unacceptable in any way.
He demanded an impartial investigation into all recent incidents at KUET, including the attack on the VC, and immediate action against the culprits through the investigation. He said that all parties should work sincerely for a peaceful resolution of the disputed issues through dialogue. He wished early recovery of injured.
