With the funding allocated by the Ministry of Disaster Management and Relief, 1000 thousand meter (1 km) road construction work by Heringban (HBB) has been inaugurated in Goalando of Rajbari with the aim of sustaining rural dirt roads.

Upazila project implementation officer Abu Saeed Mandal said that M/s Sardar Enterprise will do the work for 1 km of HBB road in Daulatdia Aynal Matbar Para area at a cost of Tk 80 lakh 51 thousand 725. He requested the cooperation of all the people in the area to complete this developmental work.

The earthen road of Daulatdia Union inaugurated today to be converted into a brick road is a great achievement and happy news to fulfill the long dream of the people of that area. Once the road work is completed, trucks will be able to move through here.
