Barguna Press Club : President Hafiz, Secretary Saleh

NTV Staff Correspondent Sohel Hafiz and Channel 24's Staff Reporter and Daily Samakal Barguna Correspondent Abu Jafar Saleh have been elected President and General Secretary respectively for the year 2025.
The annual general meeting of the Press Club-2024 was held at its own auditorium at 11 am on Wednesday. Then, in the second session in the afternoon, the Election Commission announced the results after voting.
Md. Jafar Hossain, Barguna correspondent of Dainik Alokito Bangladesh, was elected as the senior vice-president in the election, and Abdul Malek Mithu, Barguna correspondent of DBC Television and Daily Observer, was elected as the joint general secretary.
Barguna Public Prosecutor Adv Alhaj Md. Nurul Amin served as the Chief Election Commissioner, while Daily Inquilab's Barguna district correspondent Md. Jahangir Kabir Mridha and Desh Television's district correspondent Riaz Ahmed Musa served as the Election Commissioner.
