Annual sports, cultural competition of Mymensingh Social Services inaugurated

Annual sports and cultural competition, 2025 Govt. Shishu Parivar (boys), was held at the Shambhuganj ground of Mymensingh on Tuesday morning with the participation of children from various institutions of Mymensingh Division under the Department of Social Services.
Md. Saidur Rahman Khan, Director General of Department of Social Services, was present as the chief guest in the event organized by Divisional Social Services Office, Mymensingh.
On the opening day of the 2-day event on January 28 and 29 under the chairmanship of Mymensingh Divisional Commissioner Md. Mokhtar Ahmed, Additional Deputy Commissioner of Mymensingh Lutfun Nahar was present as a special guest. Divisional Social Service Office Mymensingh Director Mohammad Golam Mostafa, Divisional Social Service Office Mymensingh Additional Director Debashis Sardar, Mymensingh Divisional Social Service Deputy Director Mohammad Ali Haider Bhuiyan, Mymensingh District Sports Officer Md Al Amin and others. In the organized event, the children of various institutions of government children's families of Mymensingh, Netrokona, Jamalpur, Sherpur districts of Mymensingh Division under the Department of Social Services participated in the annual sports and cultural competition at the departmental level.
In the inaugural function, the students of the Shishu Family presented a mesmerizing show.
