Admin Reform Commission meet in Rangamati : Giving top priority to health, education will solve many problems: Dr Ayub Mia

A meeting of the Public Administration Reforms Commission was held with dignitaries and government officials of Rangamati Hill District.
Rangamati Deputy Commissioner Mohammad Habib Ullah presided over the meeting held at the Deputy Commissioner's conference room on Tuesday.
Honorary members of the Public Administration Reform Commission, Dr. Mohammad Ayub Mia, Md. Hafizur Rahman Bhuiyan, Firoz Ahmed, Mehedi Hasan were present at the exchange of views.
Dr. Mohammad Ayub Mia, Honorary Member of the Public Administration Reform Commission, said, "We will definitely be able to convince the Honorable Chairman of our commission that we will try to give a separate chapter on the Chittagong Hill Tracts."We will mention what is needed to improve public administration or public service delivery systems.He said, "I personally want to give the highest priority to health and education because giving importance to these two issues will solve many problems."
The Deputy Commissioners of the three hill districts, Superintendents of Police, officials from government and private departments of the district, journalists, and dignitaries were present at the event
The meeting discussed the importance of improving the education and health systems in the hilly region and resolving land conflicts.
In the recruitment of teachers in the hill districts, local well-educated and skilled residents of the district should be recruited, Launching water ambulances in remote areas where vehicles are not available, Emphasis is placed on playing an effective role in taking necessary steps to resolve land-related issues in the hilly regions.
Those concerned believe that building residential schools in remote areas of the hilly region will bring about fundamental changes in the education sector in the region.
