Poet and media personality Rezauddin Stalin's 58th birthday was celebrated on Sunday . Stalin is a prominent poet and media personality of the country. He was born on 22 November 1982 in the village of Nalbhanga in Jessore.

He has received the Bangla Academy Award in recognition of his literary work. He has received numerous awards and Stalinpicaccolades, including the City Corporation Award, Tarango of California Award, the Writers' Club of California Award, Badam Literature Award California, the UK Journalists Association Award and the Silk Road Poet Laureate Award Xi’an China. His writings have been translated and published in almost all major languages of the world. English, Hindi, Assamese, Urdu, Arabic, Uzbek, Bosnian, Swedish, Greek, Spanish, Nigerian, Romanian, French, German, Italian, Chinese and many more. Pradeep Ghosh has a CD of 20 poems in his single voice – “It will rain again one day”. He has three CDs of poetry recitations in his own voice. The number of books including poems, rhymes, essays, interviews, novels is about one hundred. His birthday will be celebrated on Sunday, November 22 at the Paribagh Culture Development Center in the evening organized by the Magic Lonthon and Performing Arts Center.

A brief ceremony has been organized. It will be presided over by Dr. MA Rashid, Executive Chief of Bardem Cardiac. Prof. Abul Qasim Fazlul Haque, Intellectual will be the Chief Guest. Special guests will be International Folklorist Professor Shamsuzzaman Khan, Director General of Bangla Academy Poet Habibullah Siraji, Former MP Poet Kazi Rosie and others. On this occasion, many programs including Virtual Media Paris Window, American Coffee and Poetry, Canadian Art Window, Italian Channel Flow, Bangladesh Notation will be organized. Poets and literary artists from all over the world have also sent greetings in video messages. Virtual events are being organized in different districts including Jessore, Khulna, Satkhira, Rajshahi, Sylhet, Dinajpur, Pabna, Chittagong and Barisal. Famous artists will take part in the program and will recite Rezauddin Stalin’s poems. A lovely souvenir will be unveiled at the event.
