Human chain by National Teachers Forum in Kurigram

A human chain program was organized in front of the Kurigram Press Club on Saturday at 11 am at the initiative of the National Teachers Forum, Kurigram District Branch.
Strong demands were made highlighting the government's vision on nationalizing the education system, nationalizing at least one madrasa in each upazila and district, nationalizing Ebtedayi madrasas and introducing stipends, recognizing the Qawmi charter and making work arrangements according to the charter, and paying retirement welfare money within six months as per the High Court's directives.
Kurigram District Teachers Forum President Principal Alhaj Maulana Md. Nur Bakht, Secretary Maulana Abu Taleb, Vice Principal Maulana Alinur Rahman, Muhtamim Abu Bakkar Siddique, Maulana Abdul Salam, Maulana Aminul Islam, Maulana Abdur Rahim, and others spoke.
